We just learned that an artist at our Goblin Art Market last Saturday saying that they tested positive for COVID this morning, with symptoms first appearing on Sunday. Said artist was one of the vendors outside the store (not indoors). If you were at our event last Saturday you may have been exposed so test / take care of yourself / notify others you have had contact with!
All Outsider Comics staff who were at the event have tested negative for COVID today.
Thank you so much for the artist who e-mailed us with their positive test result so we can inform and help protect our community. <3 We’ve never explicitly said this so let’s do that now: if you attended one of our events and tested positive for COVID afterwards, please e-mail us and let us know! We will keep your identity a secret and only use that information to notify other event attendees that they may have been exposed to COVID.
Reminder: If you need a COVID test, we do have them in stock at $10/2 tests. Note as an event organizer: We are selling the tests at cost and actually lose a few cents for each test sold so this isn’t a conflict of interest. :3
