Read with GCC Monthly Graphic Novel Book Club: Parable of the Sower

Outsider Comics and GeekGirlCon (GGC) are teaming up to present a monthly graphic novel book club! The subject and tone of each book will vary month-to-month, but like GGC, each month’s selection will center diverse voices in the graphic novel and comics world.
For March 2025, we’re reading the graphic novel adaptation of Octavia Butler’s Parable of the Sower. Copies will be available at Outsider starting 3/1.
Book club sessions will take place at Outsider on the fourth Thursday of each month. Active discussion will be from 7 PM to 8 PM. Before the discussion starts, join fellow book-clubbers for an hour of quiet and companionable reading starting at 6 PM.
