GeekGirlCon’s As Yet Untitled Book Club

Outsider Comics and GeekGirlCon (GGC) are teaming up to present a monthly graphic novel book club! The subject and tone of each book will vary month-to-month, but like GGC, each month’s selection will center diverse voices in the graphic novel and comics world. 

For July, we’re reading Bunt! Striking Out on Financial Aid–a graphic novel about a group of goofy, weird, and queer art school students trying to win a softball game in order to keep their scholarships created by 2023 GGC Contributor, Ngozi Ukazu. 

Need a copy of Bunt!? Outsider has a few in stock and can order you one if they run out! Drop by Outsider or e-mail Wing at info at outsidercomics.com before Thurs 7/11 to reserve your copy to ensure you get it in time for the book club.

Book club sessions will take place at Outsider on the fourth Thursday of each month. Active discussion will be from 7 PM to 8 PM.
