COVID-Safer Commander Night

KN 95 masks (or better, including flomasks and respirators) are required for this event. We’ll also have an air purifier rated for 3x the size of the room running, major surfaces disinfected prior to the event, and provide a covered outdoor space for water / snack breaks. We do have and provide KN 95 masks if you need them! This is our monthly open commander night! Come play some casual and friendly games EDH in a COVID-safer environment! Beginners are welcome—though we don’t have the capacity to teach from scratch we’re always happy to answer questions and support new players. A limited number of loaner decks and playmats are available as well. Games start as soon as we have a pod; come early and grab a spot since our space is small! — At Outsider, players generally focus on social play styles with decks in Brackets 1, 2, and 3. We don’t have a “house banlist”, but we recommend that folks don’t bring decks that focus on stax, land and resource denial, or other “hey you don’t get to play Magic now” effects if you want to easily find a group to play with.
